Bushman Kombucha – Returns & Refunds

At Bushman Kombucha, we’re committed to providing you with the highest-quality kombucha, delivered fresh and safely. Because our products are perishable and must be kept refrigerated, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or if you simply no longer want the product.

However, we want you to have the best possible experience. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us at info@bushmankombucha.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
  • Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exclusions

  • We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
    • Change of mind or personal taste preference.
    • Failure to refrigerate kombucha immediately upon delivery (it must be stored at or below 4 °C).
    • Orders where the delivery address provided was incorrect.
