Bushman Kombucha – Shipping within NSW - Australia
At Bushman Kombucha, we take pride in delivering our kombucha fresh and with care. Please read our shipping and delivery policy below to know what to expect when ordering from us.
Shipping Areas
- We currently deliver within New South Wales (NSW) only, using a refrigerated courier service to ensure our kombucha arrives fresh and in optimal condition.
- Our current delivery regions include:
- Sydney and surrounding suburbs
- Penrith and Blue Mountains area
- Central Coast and Newcastle
- Wollongong and surrounding areas
- Unfortunately, we currently do not offer interstate or international shipping at this time due to the nature of our product. However, we are working towards expanding our delivery areas in the future.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Standard delivery usually takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location.
- Regional or remote areas may take longer.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
- Free shipping may apply for orders over a certain amount (check promotions on our store).
Packaging & Handling
- All kombucha orders are shipped with refrigerated delivery to ensure they arrive fresh.
- As kombucha is a live, fermented product, it must be stored at or below 4 °C immediately upon delivery.
Delivery Conditions
- Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate and complete.
- If you are not home at the time of delivery, the refrigerated courier may leave your order in a safe location if available.
- Bushman Kombucha is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@bushmankombucha.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.
